Brittani Bockholt was super helpful in assisting me with my purchase! Everything was done over the phone, she even had the car delivered right to my house! I plan to come see her anytime I'm in the market for a new Subaru! There was no pressure, she was very responsive and took time to make sure I understood everything. She even sent me links to helpful videos to get me started on the screen! I can say without a doubt I've never had customer service like this before. She sent me pictures of their service area incase I needed to come into Lubbock for maintenance, sent pictures of her own vehicle to help me understand some features on my own car.
